Q.

hello..my boy is 2.6years old..he is not talking and pointing anything...speaking only few words like amma,ammamma,tatha,nanna,door,fan,ac...he is understanding only few commands like bring,give,go...he is giving eye contact...is it speech delay or any disorder...

A. hi your baby is 2.5 years old now it's advisable to visit your pediatrician and let his assess the baby's progress so a proper diagnosis can be done. . . .

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.6 years old and he doesn’t speak properly but only monologues words like papa and mamma etc so see if he has a tongue tie beneath it
