Q.
My baby birth is premature delivery, she is now 4 month old and suffering from cold and I am using coconut oil till date and my elders want I'll switch to Mustered oil instead of coconut oil. so, please suggest which oil is good in present situation (Nov, Dec, Jan cold weather)

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. as now ur baby is 4 month old and winters are arriving can use mustard oil.. Take the warm oil in your palms and gently massage baby’s body. It improves blood circulation and helps in muscle and bone growth.it should be avoid during summer.
