Q.
as we all know that coconut oil is good for skin. all people say that it's cause cold as coconut oil itself very cold and continuous using of coconut oil in body promotes arthritis in age. using coconut oil on baby cause cold cough and congestion on baby. is it so. plz suggest

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. In winters you can opt for pure almond oil for massage of the baby and be gentle while massaging the baby and its a myth thatit lead to arthritis and use mild skin care baby products
