my 8months old son is suffering from viral fever along with cough and cold. my mother is advising me to massage him with garlic fried in mustard oil but my paediatrician has advised against mustard oil. can I use coconut oil instead of mustard oil to fry the garlic?

Also add some rock salt into that what your mother is suggesting right now I also suggest the same thing it’s one of the best home remedies to massage back chest and throat and on top of that hot compress you can even massage the feet with that that would be very good and safe
