My 4 year old daughter is making gulping sounds at night and occasionally during the day . she is burping too at times. She is eating like usual although she is facing little constipation. She is eating chapati, oats, khichdi and simple home cooked meal. and today post dinner she vomitted in small quantity with burp sound post dinner. What should I do to make her feel better
