My 3 year old daughter is so adament nowadays…she often experiences mood swings..she cries a lot …what to do for her mental health?

It’s normal as kids do not have an understanding of their emotions in this case so certain times you may see that they just keep crying for everything and that’s a very natural behaviour to them but as the age is going to progress with your regular counselling and talking to the child the child is going to learn better so don’t worry about it
