Q.

I am 15 weeks pregnant. I am facing excessive mood swings that its affecting me, my mental health and my married life too.. What should I do to keep myself out of these mood swings and be happy??

A. try to breathe deeply. eat more fruit. stay positive. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stresssee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
