Monitoring my kid alone it's harder to do exercise at a fixed time, what is the best time to do exercise early morning or whenever we are free

A. no problem you can do whenever you are free Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent! Whenever you are free. Just ensure that you maintain the continuity. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
