meri 14 jan ko c section se beti hui hai. mera pet tab se bht nikl aya hai kbi to kam lgta h phr bdha hua lgta h kam ni ho ra kya ye normal hai.. mai kam krne k lye kya kru??

See Let your stitches heal completely after that you can go for any kind of workout so it’s going to be minimum 6 to 8 months for your stitches to heal completely after that only you will be able to go for any kind of workout to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
