i m a mother of 4 month baby. mera c section hua hai. kuch din jb belt lgya toera tummy kam ho gya ta phr bdha hua lgne lga hai kuch dino se or bht heavy sa lgta h tight b belt lgane me bht uljhan si feel hti hai. or body me energy feel ni hti pet k heavyness ki wjh se

A. as of now you can wear more of belt. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. hi please stop using belt as you are not feeling comfortable with this. instead of it, start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. maintain good hygiene
