Hello ma’am Regular coconut oil is the best to go for so if you want you can use regular warm coconut oil you can just heat it a little bit on gas and use it otherwise almond oil is supposed to be very good so you can use either of the oil for that and shampoo I would advise you to go for any shampoo which is completely chemical free don’t use any chemical products on the hair
