I would like to confirm that the hair growth of the child is basically based on the genetics of the child currently I would recommend you to make a mix of castor oil and almond oil and apply that regularly that would be good for a good hair growth of your child and please use a good shampoo which will help in maintaining cleanliness hygiene and moisturising the scalp something like Babyhug
