Hello ma’am Hair growth is also genetic like height is so if you have heavy hair probably your child will also have the same but as of now your child which is only two years old if you want you can get your child’s head shaved of 1 to 2 times it’s completely your choice other than that if you want to you can start applying almond oil into your child’s head on regular basis for better results
