mere c section delivery hui h.jisse mera pet latak gya h.or pet badta hi ja ra h. mera baby 16 mahine ka ho gya h.. ab m pet kam krne k liye kya kru..??

A. exercising is the best way to reduce tummy fat after delivery you need to have regular daily walking and at least 10 to 15 minutes workout which will be very helpful do not reduce your diet and take as you need good nutrition to recover after delivery

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to make sure that you are always wearing a belt but it should be avoided when you are having food and for about half an hour after that this will help to reduce the belly
