shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum baby is just 1.5 months old only so this is not the right time to do exercise but still you can go for the walk along with the controlled diet and when once your body revived and your doctor give you green signal and you can do particular exercises I will suggest you to go for the yoga then at least after completing six months it will help you for now you can tie abdominal belt it help to control the stomach
