A. dear mom preferably consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results meanwhile start exercising for half an hour a day chwck what are you eating anr eat wisely

A. good evening I would recommend you to wait for at least 6 months after the delivery and I would recommend you to after that start exercise and you can try to do yoga in the morning it is advisable to avoid having too much processed food and carbohydrates
