The colour complexion of the child can change for initial 6 to 8 months but finally it is going to be dependent upon the genetics of the child also maybe sometimes oil that we use may not be shooting the skin of the child so I would advise you to shift to either olive oil or almond oil and see that helps in maintaining the colour for your child
