A. cut on calories. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust herThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. To loose post pregnancy weight, you need to take care of your daily diet. Include protein and fiber rich foods alongwith plenty of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Avoid too much intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water daily in the morning will help too.
