Include protein and fiber rich foods alongwith plenty of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Avoid too much intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water daily in the morning will help too.
