Hello mam How to weight loss after c section delivery?

A. You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, yoga, Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.

A. to weight loss after c section delivery you can start with yoga or low intense exercise or brisk walking at first then start with cardio exercises or you can get join in zumba classes take care of your diet
