A. dear mum, to lose weight after c section delivery, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after 6 weeks of resting period after c section. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
