mam after delivery 3 month, how to reduce belly fat

A. hi mom if ur post delivery period was uneventful then u can start exercising .. start with brisk walk yoga along with strict diet control .. take care .. ok

A. Hi,Post pregnancy weight can only be reduced through exercises and healthy diet. But it is suggested to rest and avoid any exercises till 5-6 month after delivery. Start exercising after consulting with your gynecologist. Intially start with simple exercises like yoga, jogging and then move to heavy one. Avoid fried, sugar and outside food completely.
