ma'am iam 7 months post partum.. my periods hasn't started yet.. is this ok?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes use condom. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Yes this is OK. There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry. Take care
