iam 1 year post partum ..flow of my periods is very less ..is it a thing to concern

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. It’s okay even if the flow is less then take good iron rich foods and also Vitamin C rich foods for better iron absorption in the body and if required start a supplement and start done physical exercise in your daily routine
