Q.

Hi, I've got my periods 7 months post delivery..but flow is very very less, less than one spoon, not using a single pad for a day. Is it normal or need consultation?

A. hi mom u need to rule out pregnancy and if it is negative then u need to nor worry .. just do upt with morning urine sample ... observe ur next cycle
