#asktheexpert Hi I'm 31 years old now a days my periods flow is very less it's only lasting for 3 days in wch 2 days normal flow and 3 rd day its very less is there any problem?

A. Actually, that can be considered as normal itself but if it has happened, all of a sudden, then check your thyroid profile and consult a Gynecologist so that she can do a scan.
