A. If you're 31 years old and experiencing frequent pain in your lower body, especially in your feet and legs, it could be due to several reasons: Possible Causes: ✔ Vitamin & Mineral Deficiency – Low calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, or iron can cause muscle pain. ✔ Poor Blood Circulation – Sitting or standing for long hours can lead to leg pain. ✔ Weak Muscles & Joints – Lack of exercise or past injuries may contribute. ✔ Varicose Veins – If you notice swelling or veins appearing, it could be a sign. ✔ Dehydration & Electrolyte Imbalance – Not drinking enough water or sweating too much can cause cramps. ✔ Thyroid Issues or PCOS – Since you have PCOS, it may also contribute to muscle fatigue. What You Can Do: 1️⃣ Improve Your Diet ✅ Increase calcium & vitamin D – Milk, paneer, almonds, ragi, eggs, and sunlight exposure. ✅ Eat iron-rich foods – Spinach, beetroot, pomegranate, jaggery. ✅ Stay hydrated – Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. ✅ Add magnesium-rich foods – Bananas, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate. 2️⃣ Exercise & Stretching ✅ Do gentle leg stretches in the morning. ✅ Try yoga or walking for 30 minutes daily to improve blood circulation. ✅ Avoid sitting or standing too long in one position. 3️⃣ Home Remedies & Lifestyle Changes ✔ Warm water soak with Epsom salt for feet. ✔ Massage with warm oil (coconut or mustard oil). ✔ Use a soft pillow under legs while sleeping to improve circulation. ✔ Wear comfortable footwear if you stand for long hours. 4️⃣ When to See a Doctor? ❌ If the pain keeps increasing or doesn't improve with rest. ❌ If you experience swelling, numbness, or tingling in your legs. ❌ If the pain is affecting your daily activities. Since you have PCOS, sometimes hormonal imbalance can also cause weakness and muscle pain. If needed, get Vitamin D, calcium, iron, and thyroid levels checked. Let me know if you need specific exercises or dietary recommendations!
