My baby has some rashes in her body firstly see in face then after some day see in legs nd now in feet why??

It Is definitely an allergy which is spreading on the entire body so it would be advisable for you as of now to consult a skin doctor that will be much more sure and clear about as to the kind of allergy or child is suffering from and accordingly the treatment can be suggested
