Hi m 27 yrs old nd my baby is 4 mnth old she delivered normal at this time my legs have more painful even at night why full day nd night lower legs have pain plz suggest me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. tab tab nurokind forte once a day for 1 month,regarding this further you can dicuss with the doctor if any more queries or doubts are there to be cleared . He will give you all the explanation and advise as needed.

Take adequate rest and sleep as u get less time with the baby to take rest.
Also give eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups as there is nutrient loss from body after delivery.
This will help to get nutritious diet.
Take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby.
