Q.

It's been 4 months since I went through the c section but still a bulge is seen in my stomach. How can I reduce the same? Can I use the belt now to bind my stomach?

A. needs exercise. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially
