Q.

It’s been 2 months that I gave birth through c section is it ok to start running and excercise or I have to weight for some more time

A. better to wait 5 to 6 months for doing any exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent, since you had c section procedure. Then better to wait for a month more before beginning with any vigorous workout. As your stitches can be affected if Uou did not take care well. But yes you can go for walk.
