it is written that detox water is not good for breastfeeding mom(pudhina, cucumber and lemon) is it safe or not? my baby is 5 months old

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum it is completely safe for you to take water that is having cucumber pudina lemon it is important for the breastfeeding mother to stay hydrated for good milk production advise from the internet should not be relied upon because your interpretation maybe different and sometimes information is incomplete or false
