Q.

it has been six months after my delivery.I got belly fat. how to remove them???.i got lots of weight also,how to reduce it ??

A. hi mom as of now you must be breastfeeding so have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results stay safe
