is there any chance that kids below 5 years of age can be affected by Covid-19, and what kind of symptoms will occur if they are Covid-19 positive

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes obviously it does covid 19 is in its peak infectivity right now all around us. Best would be avoid any outings and don't allow visitors at home. Always follow basic hygiene and sanitatisation process . Wear a mask always. in case of any breathing difficulty or high grade fever immediately contact the nearest health authorities.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes it is a possibility that children who are less than 5 years old can also be infected with this disease that can be many symptoms it could be stomach upset it could be cause of cold fever breathlessness lack of smell
