is oats safe to take in pregnancy..am just 10 weeks pregnant.i have frequent vomiting..not interested to eat regular food

A. Hello mam , yes you can oats but avoid the premixes ones , instead get the plain oats and add in your own natural flavours to it. vomiting , loss of appetite is quite common in such a stage , its phase and would probably fade off on its own.
