RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. I Do believe that it is very very important so the best all during the winter season is going to be mustard oil almond oil or Darbar Lal oil and during summers you can go for almond oil olive oil or coconut oil whatever is more feasible to you
