is it mandatory to oil massage to babies...if yes then which oil is best for massaging

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it's not mandatory, but it's only good fir babies. Massage your baby to help improve the blood flow and immunity levels. You can use olive oil, seasam oil, almond oil, mustard oil or coconut oil to massage your baby.
