is it ok to massage the baby with Mustard oil?will it help to cure The child's cold???

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can make use of any natural oil for the purpose of giving massage and if your baby is having cold you should heat mustard oil with few fenugreek seeds Hing garlic cloves and filter it then apply luke warm over the chest and back and soles of both feet
