is mustard oil good for cold and cough? if yes what is the way to use mustard oil?

Yes it is supposed to be a very good thing so what you can do is eat it a little add some chopped garlic and carom seeds to it and then just bring it to heat and then just let it go a little warm after that and use that warm oil to massage on the body specially chest back and throat that is going to help in providing warmth to the body and will reduce down the issues and do it on the feet as wellWrite Your Answer Here
