sheetal panditaMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. it will go eventually within a year,just exclusively breastfeed ur baby,do mild workouts in starting bcz ur body must be weak nowadays after that when you feel energetic do more excercises & eat fatless entirely.. do not stress enjoy this journey bcz it needs lots of energy and calm mind so forget to think about weight just make sure you are healthy and happy to take care of ur bundle of joy.. good luck
