Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is lot of individual variation from person to person generally 5 to 6 kgs loss of weight after delivery will be there if the weight is more you share to do exercises afterwards

During the first week after delivery, you'll lose additional weight as you shed retained fluids — but the fat stored during pregnancy won't disappear on its own.
