It is better to wait till baby completes 6 months. Try to avoid foods that are unhealthy like sugary foods, junk foods, fried foods right now.
Also you can involve In brisk walk for 20 to 30 mins daily. this make sure you don't gain un necessary weight

Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial. Also follow good diet. For breakfast have fruits. Oats, ragi, kellogs for lunch have millets instead of rice. Or
Have less rice and more veggies. For dinner have roti, fruits. Mainly try to Avoid white foods like white rice white bread maida.. Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try this it will work for sure.
