A. hi for appropriate weight loss try to consult a qualified dietitian meanwhile exercise for half an hour daily eat good protiens , variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and by having rich fiber and proteins diet and regular exercise routine you can loose. and add more salad and fruits in your lunch nd dinner. and do yoga planks and surya namaskar for reducing fat. take care
