Simran NandaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. start doing some workout like yoga and walking. they are the easy and effective ones. have a healthy and nutritional diet rich in fibre and avoid oily and junk food. drink lots of water specially lukeawrm water if you can. you can take mamaearth apple cider vinegar only if you are not pregnant or a breastfeeding mom. it is a natural product that helps in weight loss and builds immunity and also helps in digestion. my sister is taking it and find it helpful, but she is also doing all of the above.

To lose weight, you can
1. Eat foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd. skim milk, chicken, low fat paneer, vegetables, fruits nuts in good amount
2. avoid sugar. junk, bakery , foods
3. Exercise daily
4. stay well hydrated
