I need to lose weight after my c section please suggest me

A. dear mum, to lose weight after c-section, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed and packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after 6 to 8 weeks of resting period. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.
