I need to know how to complete the deficiency of vitamin d and iron.. need diet plan also

A. hi, Children with low vitamin D also need enough calcium in their diet. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.  children should spend time outdoors also gi e irin rich food, fruit and veggies
