how to improve vitamin c,d and iron deficiency

A. If all these are low you should definitely consult your pediatrician and get the right supplements prescribed and give it regularly. Iron fortified formula or cereals can also be included in his diet. In addition to that try to include iron rich vegetables and iron fortified foods like sweet potato, ragi, oats, beetroot, peas etc., after one year of age u can give eggs, fish, all greens, lentils, soya beans, dry fruits, jaggery, tofu etc., always follow ur doctors advice as haemoglobin levels has to be in good range for baby to gain immunity and fight infections. Oranges are good in vitamin c. Include them in the child's daily diet. For vitamin d get the child playing in sun for atleast twenty minutes every day.
