I need a Diet plan for weight loose

A. you have to do moderate exercises for losing of weight brisk walking yoga sometime jogging will help a lot take diet less in carbohydrate and fats all types of green leafy vegetables adequate water to drink

A. If you wat specific diet plan then you need to consult dietician he or she will tell you accordong to your body bu checking different parameter. the basis is to loose weight cut sweets junk from your diet. do 1 hrs carfio and weight training exercise you can jogg also. eat dinner before 7 pm after that you can take milk .
