how to loose weight after pregnency any diet plan

A. Hello good evening !! Until 5-6 months no diet suggested for reducing weight have Balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods, lactating foods for improving breastmilk supply. If you have been delivered more than 6-8 months then ask Gynaecologist suggestion before doing exercises,yoga. For diet related have balanced diet with fruit and vegetables, Cereals,more water and fluids, protein avoid junk,oily, Sugar processed,high calorie, carbohydrates in regular diet.. Walking help in reducing weight start with 15-20 minutes walk gradually increase distance of walking meanwhile take proper diet with more fluids for hydration.
