A. Hi to lose weight, you need to 1. Include foods like sprouts, dal, vegetables, pulses, egg whites, chicken, low fat paneer in your diet 2. Void fried foods , sugary drinks, junk , bakery & packaged foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast 4. drink plenty of water
