Having healthy diet will helps in lactation ,recovering fast .
Post delivery weight gain is common due to harmonal changes,you can have all healthy home made protein,calorie rich foods,fruits,vegetables ,dry fruit and nuts ,curd,diary products for calcium,probiotic (gut health).
Avoid sugar sweets instead take dates powder/jaggery ,maida,oily,junk foods which cause additional weight gain.
